Never again! On September 20, 2020, my daughter's christening was celebrated in this restaurant. The meal should consist of a starter for everyone, then a selection of selected main dishes and then everyone should receive a dessert. I spoke to the owner twice, told him how I would imagine the process and gave him a menu that we made ourselves. I'm really not a bean counter but ... my daughter's baptism is not repeated, everyone is only baptized once. He has not even read this menu beforehand because the dishes served did not match the ones described on the menu (which was previously agreed) Furthermore, the entire starter was simply forgotten, when I spoke to the waiter, he was very surprised. Then I talked to the owner and pointed out the mistakes, now the owner showed his true colors and suddenly he was no longer so friendly and joking. Instead of apologizing to the paying customer, he dismissed the guilt and blamed me. I should have told him my wishes. But I've done this TWICE before, more than come by and say how I imagine it, I can't either. Oh yes .... We were billed 23 times for the dessert from a total of 19 people. NO MATTER ? Well we were there for the last time. Just a little tip on the side ..... Perhaps, especially in times like these, you shouldn't be so outrageous towards the customers, people can't seem that bad.

One of the best restaurants in Hamm and the surrounding area! The atmosphere is warm and cozy, the staff tried hard and always friendly! The boss is just great and makes special requests and deviations possible without any problems! The kitchen is excellent - everything tastes good! Price-performance ratio is great.
